These modern facilities comprise two halves of one building, standing next to a grassed courtyard with glorious views of both Baslow Edge and the Hope Valley towards Chatsworth House. The buildings are secured by main doors which are fitted with coded key pads. The security code is changed for each group coming on site.
Broadbelt has eleven en-suite bedrooms, Eagles has ten en-suite bedrooms.

Broadbelt and Eagles has a public lounge area, with informal seating and a coffee bar, there is also a roof terrace with amazing views over the valley.
Davies lecture room is set for 32 delegates with chairs and tables. The room has projection facilities and internet access.
